The home above was built in the 1800's. The homeowners were desperately trying to find a contractor that they could trust with their antique gem. There was an existing addition on the house that looked out of place and leaked everywhere. There was a deck in front that was in such disrepair, that the homeowners had torn off the rails the year before. We helped design the new addition with all the details of the existing home. It is hard to tell that this addition was not part of the existing home, even down to the custom moulding under the soffit.
