EXPERIENCE:

James Shankle (owner and operator) has over 20 years experience in the construction industry in NH. James was a foreman for a framing company when he decided to form his own company in 1996. What he felt was missing in big construction companies was personal customer service and pride in workmanship.  He was determined to make sure that his company had both.

James has been involved in all phases of construction in different parts of the state. He has built brand new homes, remodels, garages, additions, decks, in-law apartments, etc. You name it, he has built it. And always with a completely satisfied customer.

James has even been ahead of the curve on a lot of the building codes. For instance: James was using lag bolts to tie the decks to the house long before it was "required." This kind of knowledge comes from a lifetime of learning and understanding of the building process.

INTEGRITY:

We cater to the NH homeowner with an eye for detail. We use only the best products and procedures to build your project. Quality craftsmanship can not be done with 5 projects going at the same time. That is why we only take on one project at a time. We supply references and insurance to all our clients. There are no surprise charges and 20 subcontractors to rely on to get the job done for us. We realize that your time is valuable as well as ours and that even in the best of circumstances, work being done at your home is stressful. We try to minimize that stress by being accurate about our timeline, a written contract and keeping you informed daily.
