The home above was built in the 1800's. The homeowners were desperately trying to find a contractor that they could trust with their antique gem. There was an existing sunroom on the house that looked out of place and leaked everywhere. There was a deck in front that was in such disrepair, that the homeowners had torn off the rails the year before. We helped design the new addition with all the details of the existing home. It is hard to tell that this addition with garage under was not part of the existing home, even down to the custom moulding under the soffit.

The Beaver Lake project was a gem in the rough. The house had great bones, but the functionality was not good. The detached garage was in major disrepair and needed to be torn down. As this home was located right on the lake, many items had to be taken into consideration. The old garage was torn down to make way for a new attached garage, a new breezeway that included a hallway and bathroom, a farmers porch on the front, a covered porch on the back and new siding for the whole house. This transformation brought this house from looking like an old run down lake house, to looking like one of the newly built homes in the neighborhood. To see more photos of this project click here. 

This split entry home was in serious need of updating. The old cedar siding was falling apart, the roofing was as well and the back deck was unsafe at best. After the new roofing was applied, the homeowners wanted something a little different for their home, so they decided that the front of the home would have the new vinyl siding going on a 45 degree angle. Also, the back deck to wrap around and be maintenance free. The transformation was amazing! It doesn't look like the same home. These homeowners added value and originality to their home.
